Not far from Robert Redford's Sundance spread, Cirque Lodge sits in Utah's Wasatch Range. A stay in the lodge, which has room for just 16 guests, costs $1,595 day, with a 30-day minimum. There's a private chef, but you've got to make your own bed. A second facility in nearby Orem has room for another 44 residents at $995 a day.
